Delivery and Returns

UK DELIVERY

We deliver to any address in the UK. We are pleased to offer: 

  • Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked (2- 3 days). There is a £3.35 charge for this service.
  • Next day delivery with DPD. There is a £6.25 charge for this express service.  

Please note, orders placed after midday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive tracking information when the order leaves our warehouse.  Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. Please be aware that we are relying on third party couriers and occasionally delays happen. Please contact us with any delivery queries.   

CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY

We do deliver to the Channel Islands. There is a charge for this service, which will be shown at checkout.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not currently ship outside of the UK. Please email us with your location to register your interest in REESON, and we will be sure to notify you when our distribution grows. 

 

OUR REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

If you are returning an unopened item you ordered that you know longer want to keep, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Where a product is faulty or damaged we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of posting the goods back to us via your local postal office using first class recorded delivery only.

A proof of return and any documentation including details of any taxes paid must be obtained. You must contact hello@reesonbeauty.com to arrange your refund before returning your goods and for instructions.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

We will not refund the original shipping charges if a product is not faulty, damaged, or not as described, whether you prefer to cancel the order if the order has been returned to our facilities due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at the point of ordering, or if the order returns due to the maximum number of delivery attempts being reached/the items are held at an access point and reached the maximum time to be held.

Receiving Your Refund

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.

This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately.
