Shipping policy
UK DELIVERY
We deliver to any address in the UK. We are pleased to offer:
- Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked Large Letter (2- 3 days). There is a £3.37 charge for this service.
- Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked Parcel (2- 3 days). There is a £4.55 charge for this service.
- Next day delivery with DPD. There is a £6.25 charge for this express service.
Please note, orders placed after midday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive tracking information when the order leaves our warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. Please be aware that we are relying on third party couriers and occasionally delays happen. Please contact us with any delivery queries.
CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY
We do deliver to the Channel Islands. There is a charge for this service, which will be shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not currently ship outside of the UK. Please email us with your location to register your interest in REESON, and we will be sure to notify you when our distribution grows.
